Our property is pet-friendly, allowing both cats and dogs. For each pet, there is a monthly rent of $25 and a one-time fee of $250. You can have up to two pets per apartment. Please note that there are breed restrictions for dogs, including Pit Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Bull Staff or Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans (except Miniature Pinschers), Chow Terriers or Chow breed mixes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, and Wolf-Dog Hybrids.
